Triskelion Training & Consulting was built with a clear purpose – to help people and organisations grow in ways that truly matter.

Founded in 2024, Triskelion brings together industry practitioners, structured methodologies, and practical learning design to create training that goes beyond the classroom. Founder’s Message
When I started Triskelion, it wasn’t just about building a training company. It was about addressing a gap I had seen time and time again in organisations. People attend training, they gain knowledge, but very little changes afterward.
I wanted to build something different; a place where learning is not just delivered, but experienced. Where participants walk away not only understanding concepts, but feeling confident enough to apply them in real situations.
Throughout my journey as an educator and industry practitioner, I’ve seen how the right guidance, at the right time, can completely shift someone’s path. A stronger leader. A more confident professional. A team that finally works in sync.
